best way would be word of mouth- ask your friends.
Try looking for labor jobs like construction or gardening.Also,You might want to check out small businesses like video stores and such.Last just ask around someone should know a guy who does this.Check out stage setup,like connecting mixers and lighting,you know things for concerts or other small events.
