Unfortunately there is no such thing. Some sites will ask you for membership with fee. Although many of those sites are scams.
There’s no such list. The ability of a company to hire an H1B varies with the supply of qualified Americans. It also varies with the ability to get the H1B visa. Right now the 2009 quota is full. Applicants for the 2010 quota will not be taken until next April.
There’s not some kind or right to bring in foreign labor. That’s why no such list can be made.
Any site selling such a list is a scam. Just apply for jobs on.
However, unless you have some sort of medical degree or one in engineering or the sciences, there is no demand right now and it is unlikely an employer will not bother considering the earliest you canstart work in the USA would be October 2009. And you only have a 40% chance of getting an H-1B visa anyway.
